Gayle is the founder of AnythingIsPossible Inc. AnythingIsPossible was started to build pro-social media initiatives that target teens. Gayle has held a wide range of positions in multiple industries through the years, in areas such as television development, public relations, and the nutritional food industry. Gayle also worked at The Paley Center for Media (formally MT&R) as a member of the President’s staff. For almost 15 years, through all her professional experience, Gayle’s passion has been Anything Is Possible. Gayle received a B.S. in Mass Communications from Boston University.

Samuel Gradess
Sam is not only Gayle’s husband and business partner, but he also heads the Board of AnythingIsPossible. In his “day job,” Sam is a principal of New York Livery Leasing, Inc., a major credit provider to New York City’s livery car industry. Prior to this venture, Sam spent many years in the online teen consumer business as co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Alloy, Inc., a leading advertising, media and direct marketing company focused on the teenage/Generation Y market. Prior to Alloy, Sam was a Vice President in Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Credit Department. The recipient of a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, Sam also serves as a board member of Read Alliance, a not-for-profit that provides reading tutoring to struggling kindergarten and first grade students.

Jeff is the founder and lead strategist at C2Bseen, LLC, a specialized marketing consultancy located in New York City. C2Bseen takes socially conscious entrepreneurial ventures from the idea stage to the launch phase. Jeff’s expertise is rooted in brand development, entry to marketplace and strategic growth. He also has a professional background in project management, content development and event production.
Dr. J. Buzz Von Ornsteiner
Dr. J. Buzz Von Ornsteiner is a licensed psychologist, handling crisis intervention and diversion programs within the prison, court & family legal systems. He’s been awarded a Ph.D. and four (4) graduate degrees. In private practice, Dr. Buzz treats the mentally ill and those with cognitive impairments from all walks of life and specializes in working with adolescence. But to the public he’s Dr. Buzz, known for expert psychological analysis of breaking news stories plus current high-profile criminal cases.
